Biff Bar Disposable Vape Trade Terms Guide for Washington Wholesale Buyers

Documents that travel with every shipment

Master cartons are marked on two sides with item, flavor, quantity, batch and weight, and pallets are stretch-wrapped with corner protection. The result is receiving-bay friendly freight that scans, stacks and stores without manual repacking.

All products are intended for adult smokers of legal age. We do not market to minors, our packaging carries no youth-oriented imagery, and trade customers are expected to follow the age-verification and advertising rules of their own jurisdictions.

Battery transport rules are treated as part of the product. Cells travel at safe state-of-charge with proper carton marks and documentation, which is why Washington shipments clear forwarders with minimal friction.

Stock availability and dispatch from Shenzhen

Cartons for biff bar disposable vape are built to survive international handling: five-layer corrugated board, molded inner trays, and weight kept under 18kg per master carton to comply with common carrier limits. Carton markings include item code, flavor, quantity, batch number and gross/net weight, so warehouse receiving is fast.

Air parcels can split from sea freight for urgent Washington launches: a small parcel fills the shelf while the main volume follows at sea freight rates.

How a first order usually runs

For container programs and private-label projects, ask for the specification workbook before ordering. Contact the desk at +86 13711127975; most quotes are returned within a few hours during China business time.

Display support travels with the goods: counter display units, flavor cards and shelf-ready label artwork are available for Washington launches, so the range lands merchandised instead of boxed.

Landed cost planning for Washington buyers

We ship DAP, DDP or FOB depending on what your business needs. DDP customers get a single landed price with duties and taxes handled; experienced importers often prefer FOB Ningbo-Zhoushan and their own forwarder. Either way, the commercial invoice, packing list and airway or bill of lading are delivered the moment goods move.

Be wary of quotations far below the normal band. They usually reflect downgraded cells, weak e-liquid or untested mix-grade stock — the kind of saving that returns as returns, chargebacks and lost regulars. Our pricing is competitive but never at the expense of batch quality.

Lead-time discipline separates professional importers from frustrated ones. Washington orders placed ahead of Chinese public holidays and peak shipping season move on schedule; last-minute bookings compete with everyone else for freight space.

Freight options from Shenzhen to Washington

Tracking is proactive, not optional. You receive departure notice, transshipment updates and arrival reminder from the same account manager who quoted you. For urgent retail launches we can split shipments — a small air parcel to fill the shelf while the sea freight follows.

Standard export orders move by sea in full-container or less-than-container loads through Hong Kong, with air freight and rail options for urgent top-ups. Typical door-to-door timing is 12 to 18 working days depending on destination and season, and we book early around Chinese public holidays when capacity tightens.

Carton marking includes item code, flavor, quantity, batch number and gross and net weight, so Washington warehouse receiving scans through without manual sorting.
