Biff Bar Disposable Vape Sample Orders Checklist for Switzerland Trade Buyers

Documents that travel with every shipment

Counter display units are available for most lines: branded CDU trays that hold the flavor range in one neat block, with flavor cards that help customers self-select. Retailers using CDUs report faster basket decisions and fewer staff questions.

All products are intended for adult smokers of legal age. We do not market to minors, our packaging carries no youth-oriented imagery, and trade customers are expected to follow the age-verification and advertising rules of their own jurisdictions.

First orders from Switzerland rarely need to be large. A mixed biff bar disposable vape carton starting at 200 units tests flavor response, packaging quality and transit time before the buyer commits to deeper stock.

Compliance paperwork for Switzerland imports

Battery shipments follow applicable transport regulation: cells are packed at safe state-of-charge, cartons carry the proper marks, and documentation accompanies the goods. Forwarders familiar with lithium-ion consumer goods consistently clear our shipments without the delays that hit poorly documented competitors.

The fastest route to a live number is a message with quantity and destination. Those two details let the desk return biff bar disposable vape unit pricing, freight options and stock positions for Switzerland in a single reply - usually within hours.

Practical checklist

• Book sea freight early ahead of Chinese public holidays
• Approve digital mockups before any custom printing begins
• Compare landed (DDP) cost, not factory price alone
• Set warehouse storage between 15°C and 30°C, under 65% humidity
• Choose puff count and nicotine strength to match your customer base
• Request a mixed-flavor carton for first orders to test local demand

Freight options from Shenzhen to Switzerland

Tracking is proactive, not optional. You receive departure notice, transshipment updates and arrival reminder from the same account manager who quoted you. For urgent retail launches we can split shipments — a small air parcel to fill the shelf while the sea freight follows.

We ship DAP, DDP or FOB depending on what your business needs. DDP customers get a single landed price with duties and taxes handled; experienced importers often prefer FOB Guangzhou Nansha and their own forwarder. Either way, the commercial invoice, packing list and airway or bill of lading are delivered the moment goods move.

Timing orders around the production calendar

Skipping paperwork checks is another. Buyers who assume certificates exist instead of confirming them in writing can face customs holds. We document the exact certificate set — including GMP — before goods leave.

Every quotation for Switzerland separates unit price, export packing and freight, so the landed number is visible from the first reply. Hidden-cost pricing is the fastest way to lose a trade account, and the desk refuses to work that way.

Standard export orders move by sea in full-container or less-than-container loads through Ningbo-Zhoushan, with air freight and rail options for urgent top-ups. Typical door-to-door timing is 10 to 15 working days depending on destination and season, and we book early around Chinese public holidays when capacity tightens.

Private-label options for Switzerland brands

OEM customers own the relationship with their market while we stay invisible: neutral packing, no supplier paperwork in the carton, and no contact with your end customers. Many of today's regional biff bar disposable vape brands started as a single master-canon test order through this program.

For online sellers in Switzerland, the asset pack matters as much as the product: white-background images, spec tables and flavor descriptions let a new biff bar disposable vape listing go live the day stock arrives.
