Biff Bar Disposable Vape Private Label Notes for Portugal Trade Buyers

Stock availability and dispatch from Shenzhen

We ship DAP, DDP or FOB depending on what your business needs. DDP customers get a single landed price with duties and taxes handled; experienced importers often prefer FOB Hong Kong and their own forwarder. Either way, the commercial invoice, packing list and airway or bill of lading are delivered the moment goods move.

Age policy is absolute: products are marketed to adult smokers of legal age only, and Portugal trade customers are expected to apply the same standard in their own channels.

Working with the VapeWholesaleHub trade desk

For container programs and private-label projects, ask for the specification workbook before ordering. Contact the desk at +86 13711127975; most quotes are returned within a few hours during China business time.

For online sellers in Portugal, the asset pack matters as much as the product: white-background images, spec tables and flavor descriptions let a new biff bar disposable vape listing go live the day stock arrives.

Practical checklist

• Set warehouse storage between 15°C and 30°C, under 65% humidity
• Keep the trade desk contact on +86 13711127975 for reorders and claims
• Compare landed (DDP) cost, not factory price alone
• Plan counter display units and flavor cards for launch day
• Approve digital mockups before any custom printing begins
• Confirm destination regulations and required certificates before ordering

After-sales support and claims handling

On the line, finished units go through automated draw testing, leak tests under pressure cycling and visual inspection. AQL 2.5 sampling governs the pre-shipment check: a statistically meaningful sample is drawn from every biff bar disposable vape carton run and inspected for draw resistance, vapor volume, labeling and sealing.

Claims are rare and handled fast. Photo evidence of a damaged carton or defective unit is matched against batch records and resolved with replacement units on the next biff bar disposable vape shipment to Portugal.
