Biff Bar Disposable Vape Payment Terms FAQ for Kenya Retailers and Distributors
Compliance paperwork for Kenya imports
If your country requires local notification or registration, flag it at quotation stage. We supply the technical files and sample batches needed for filing, and we will not recommend a configuration we cannot support with paperwork in writing.
Battery shipments follow applicable transport regulation: cells are packed at safe state-of-charge, cartons carry the proper marks, and documentation accompanies the goods. Forwarders familiar with lithium-ion consumer goods consistently clear our shipments without the delays that hit poorly documented competitors.
Packaging standards for export cartons
Retail presentation for biff bar disposable vape starts at the factory. Single units are sealed in foil pouches or blister cards with tamper-evident marks, grouped in inner trays of ten, and loaded into five-layer export master cartons that survive long-haul handling.
When destination rules in Kenya change, paperwork changes with them. Flag the market at quotation stage and the desk confirms the exact certificate set in writing rather than at customs.
After-sales support and claims handling
Where issues do occur — a damaged carton, a rare defective unit — the replacement policy is applied against photo evidence with minimal back-and-forth, which is the service point our long-term accounts mention most often.
Private-label projects for Kenya brands start with a specification sheet and a digital mockup, move to a physical sample, and only then enter production. Skipping the sample stage to save a week is the most expensive shortcut in this category.

Frequently asked questions
Do you provide compliance documents?
Yes. CE certificates, MSDS, UN38.3 battery transport reports and specification sheets are available with orders. Tell us your destination at quote stage so we confirm the exact document set in writing.
What is the minimum order quantity for biff bar disposable vape?
Standard wholesale minimums start at 300 units, depending on the line and whether stock is ready. Mixed-flavor cartons are available so small buyers can test the full range without overcommitting to a single profile.
How do you handle defective units?
Confirmed defects are replaced on the next order against photo or video evidence. Pre-shipment AQL inspection keeps defect rates low, and claims are processed against batch records rather than estimates.
What puffs and battery specs do these devices offer?
Configurations range from compact 12,000-puff devices with 650mAh cells to high-capacity lines, spanning e-liquid volumes of 2ml. Specifications are confirmed per SKU on the quotation sheet.
Can I order mixed flavors in one carton?
Yes. Most biff bar disposable vape lines allow mixed flavor packing within a master carton, typically in inner-tray multiples. This lets retailers offer a broad range from day one and identify the local best-sellers before reordering deep.
How are orders packed for transport?
Units ship in sealed inner trays inside five-layer export cartons under 18kg each, with full carton markings. Palletization, stretch wrap and corner protection are standard for container loads.
Can I print my own brand on the products?
Private-label biff bar disposable vape is supported with modest minimums, covering device colors, logo printing, flavor development and full custom retail packaging. Digital mockups precede physical samples, and production starts only after your sign-off.
How long does production and shipping take?
Ready-stock orders ship within days; custom or production orders take 10 to 15 working days depending on quantity and season. Sea freight to most major markets follows on top of that, with air freight available for urgent launches.
Do you ship to Japan?
Yes — we ship to Sweden on a regular basis via sea, air or express depending on volume. Ask for a DDP quotation if you want duties and taxes included, or FOB if your forwarder handles freight.
