Biff Bar Disposable Vape Distributor Program in Vietnam: Field Notes from the Trade Desk

Landed cost planning for Vietnam buyers

Standard export orders move by sea in full-container or less-than-container loads through Hong Kong, with air freight and rail options for urgent top-ups. Typical door-to-door timing is 12 to 18 working days depending on destination and season, and we book early around Chinese public holidays when capacity tightens.

The biggest lever on price is specification. Higher puff counts, larger cells, premium mesh coils and custom packaging all shift cost, so it pays to decide which features your customers actually use rather than paying headroom for headline numbers that do not sell.

Retail presentation and display support

Counter display units are available for most lines: branded CDU trays that hold the flavor range in one neat block, with flavor cards that help customers self-select. Retailers using CDUs report faster basket decisions and fewer staff questions.

Battery transport rules are treated as part of the product. Cells travel at safe state-of-charge with proper carton marks and documentation, which is why Vietnam shipments clear forwarders with minimal friction.

Practical checklist

• Register batch codes on arrival for first-in-first-out rotation
• Confirm destination regulations and required certificates before ordering
• Keep the trade desk contact on +86 13711127975 for reorders and claims
• Set warehouse storage between 15°C and 30°C, under 65% humidity
• Request a mixed-flavor carton for first orders to test local demand
• Approve digital mockups before any custom printing begins

Reorder cycles and demand patterns in Vietnam

Where issues do occur — a damaged carton, a rare defective unit — the replacement policy is applied against photo evidence with minimal back-and-forth, which is the service point our long-term accounts mention most often.

First orders from Vietnam rarely need to be large. A mixed biff bar disposable vape carton starting at a 50-carton master case tests flavor response, packaging quality and transit time before the buyer commits to deeper stock.
