Philippines Biff Bar Disposable Vape Distributor Program: What Wholesale Buyers Should Know

Sample policy and product evaluation

First-time buyers are welcome to start with a small mixed order to verify quality and packaging before scaling. Message +86 13711127975 for the current biff bar disposable vape stock list, flavor catalog and sample policy — the same line handles phone calls, WhatsApp and WeChat.

Where issues do occur — a damaged carton, a rare defective unit — the replacement policy is applied against photo evidence with minimal back-and-forth, which is the service point our long-term accounts mention most often.

Display support travels with the goods: counter display units, flavor cards and shelf-ready label artwork are available for Philippines launches, so the range lands merchandised instead of boxed.

Landed cost planning for Philippines buyers

The biggest lever on price is specification. Higher puff counts, larger cells, premium mesh coils and custom packaging all shift cost, so it pays to decide which features your customers actually use rather than paying headroom for headline numbers that do not sell.

First orders from Philippines rarely need to be large. A mixed biff bar disposable vape carton starting at 100 units tests flavor response, packaging quality and transit time before the buyer commits to deeper stock.

Battery transport rules are treated as part of the product. Cells travel at safe state-of-charge with proper carton marks and documentation, which is why Philippines shipments clear forwarders with minimal friction.

Stock availability and dispatch from Shenzhen

We ship DAP, DDP or FOB depending on what your business needs. DDP customers get a single landed price with duties and taxes handled; experienced importers often prefer FOB Shenzhen Shekou and their own forwarder. Either way, the commercial invoice, packing list and airway or bill of lading are delivered the moment goods move.

Payment terms for Philippines accounts follow a simple path: bank transfer with a deposit for new buyers, and milestone terms for established accounts running container programs. Current terms are confirmed in writing with every quotation.
